Hi and Welcome to This & That Esthetics! My name is Ashley Smith, and I'm so excited to be a part of your beauty journey. I am a licensed esthetician and a licensed nail technician. I offer full body waxing; brazilians are my thing, and I live for a good underarm wax. But, if waxing isn't your thing, I also offer lash lifts & tints, facials, eyebrow tinting, and manicures. I love to work on natural nails!! You do not have to have acrylics or gel on to have beautiful nails. I carry a variety of retail products from hair care, brazilian wax after care, to everything your face and body may need to always look its best. Cancellation Policy
Running Late?
Please note that there is a 6 minute grace period for all appointments. Any appointment running later than 6 minutes will be considered a No Show and will automatically be charged 75% of your service(s) fee.
This & That Esthetics Cancellation and No Show Policy -
Your appointment is very important to This & That Esthetics. That time has been reserved specifically for you and your esthetic needs.
This & That understands that life happens and things can come up last minute, but we do have a cancellation policy in place to protect our time.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 36 hours before your scheduled appointment time, and no fees will be charged. No changes can be made to your appointment once you are within the 36-hour window. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, you will be charged 75% of the service(s) fee.
No Shows will result in a fee of 75% of your scheduled service(s) . The fee will be charged to your card on file at the time of your No Show.
If your card does not go through and is declined, you will be blocked from booking online until the fee is paid.
This & That understands that this can sound harsh, but we send text and email reminders out so that we can try and avoid having to charge anyone a service fee.
